Each Middle School that participates in the Rudy Award Program will have
an opportunity to raise funds for their school.
The Rudy Foundation will provide RUDY BEARS to the school for their fundraising
program. The school will receive both purple and gold bears. Each Bear
will have one of the Four Life Success Principles of Character, Courage,
Contribution, or Commitment embossed on it�s back.
Parents, teachers, and students can get involved and will have fun selling
RUDY BEARS to raise funds for their school and support the Rudy Award Program.
All participating schools will keep 50% of the net profits raised from
the RUDY BEAR Program. The remaining 50% will go to the Rudy Foundation
to help implement the Rudy Award Program and supply books to Middle Schools
across the nation.
It is very important for the kids to get involved in their own fundraising
program. They can set goals as a team and get excited about how they
can improve their school with the funds they raise from the program.
Their
participation in this program will help them develop and apply the principles
they are learning in the Rudy Award Program (RAP) in the classroom. The
students� involvement will positively impact their lives as they learn
to appreciate the lessons they are learning and claim ownership of the
Rudy Award Program! When a student claims ownership of an idea or principle,
it becomes a part of them and helps them become winners in Life!
